Stories are an important part of history and culture. They are the way we hand down many traditions and inspire us to learn about the past. In celebration of stories, The Brown County Historical Society is holding their first writing contest. In 800 words or less tell us a story narrated by a fly on the wall somewhere in the past. A fly can be anywhere at any time so the possibilities of where your story can go are endless. Be sure to submit your writing by February 28th for a chance to win.
